The AhlulBayt Assembly of Kenya (ABAK)

Who we are

ABAK is a faith-based non-profit organization committed to spreading the noble teachings of the Holy Qur'an, Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.w), and the AhlulBayt (a.s). We strive to foster a spiritually aware and compassionate society through education, outreach, and empowerment.

Our Mission

To invite all people to the true path as presented by the Qur'an and the teachings of the Final Messenger, Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.w), and his purified progeny—the AhlulBayt (a.s).

Our Vision

To nurture a united, just, and spiritually enriched Kenyan society grounded in the ethics and values of Islam.

Leadership Structure

Our leadership structure reflects our commitment to integrity, collaboration, and service. Each office plays a vital role in guiding the organization towards its mission and vision.

Chairman

Provides overall leadership and chairs organizational meetings.

Vice Chairman

Supports the Chairman and assumes duties in their absence.

Treasurer

Oversees financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.

Secretary

Maintains records and ensures communication within the organization.

County Representatives

Contribute to decision-making and uphold the mission and values.

Women Representatives

They advocate for women's empowerment, ensure gender-inclusive participation, and lead initiatives focused on the needs and growth of women in the community.

Youth Leader

Represents the interests of the youth, promotes active participation, and leads programs aimed at empowering and engaging young people within the community.
